EBM Japanese Garden, CSULB, Long Beach, California

Japanese tea gardens and weddings go perfectly together.  The Earl Burns Miller Japanese Garden holds a certain zen beauty that mixes perfectly with the abundant happiness present at weddings.  Amie and Jordan couldn’t have picked a more lovely place to choose to be wed.  It was a pleasure to photograph their wedding at the EBM Japanese Garden.  Here are a few of my favorite photographs from the day.

I love it when a couple can’t hide their excitement moments before the first look.  It’s one of my favorite things to photograph during a wedding.

Destination Wedding Photography, Auburn, Alabama

Part two of the destination wedding I had the honor of photographing for Lyndsey and Josh!  Hah, here were simply too many photos to fit into one post!  I had a blast traveling from Los Angeles to Auburn…it certainly was an adventure!  This was my first time paying a visit to Auburn and I definitely had my fill of delicious unhealthy food and unlimited amounts of sweet tea!  Southern hospitality is great, the company was lively and the wedding was glam.  Thanks for letting me be a part of it all!

Destination Wedding Photography, Auburn, Alabama

A little while ago I had the honor of photographing Lyndsey & Josh’s destination wedding.  Although both of them currently live in Los Angeles, they decided to get married in Auburn where they first met.  They choose to have their wedding on a grassy knoll of a country club which is situated close to Auburn University.  It is a sweet story, they were wed a few miles from where they first met in life and fell in love with each other.

These two are some of the nicest people I have ever met and their friends and family proved to be just as nice.  As a traveling photographer they more than welcomed me with warm Southern hospitality.  My trip was complete with cornbread, cheesy grits, a happy & beautiful couple to photograph and lots & lots of sweet tea.  Cheers to the two of you!  Here are some of my favorites from the day broken up into two blog posts!

The first look!!  …this is always one of my favorite things to photograph in a wedding!  I love it…the unbridled excitement…the raw emotions, it’s such a real moment.
